Baleh Kapit Raft Safari 2008 was fun and we manage to get no 2 during the event. We participate under tourism category. In our team 3 volunteers from England joining our raft. 75 teams participate in this year event. Looking forward to participate in next year event.

Kota Kinabalu trip.....un-expected memories

It was a wonderfull memory during our stay in Kota Kinabalu recently. This picture was taken at Sutera Harbour jetty. We were invited by the local agent to go for sunset cruise.

Lumbong Rentap (Rentap Memorial Tomb), Bukit Sibau, Pakan

My dream to conquered Lumbong Rentap in Bukit Sibau, Pakan have come through after we visited the place on 22 March 2008. From Rh Jantan, Ng Tebok, we walked through few stream, pepper garden and "few hilly areas" before we reached Lumbong Rentap. The journey is very interesting for 10 of us. Unfortunately only 9 manage to complete the mission. From this trip we have learn a lots of thing especially on how to control our stamina and attire that we wear. Well, maybe next time we can do better. It was very success trip for all of us. I salute to all my team members.

Sungai Munsoh Waterfall

Sg Munsoh waterfall is located in Ulu Sarikei. 1 hour walking distance from Rh Nyuka, Lubuk Lemba. Very beautiful waterfall and its consider the highest waterfall in this area. Water in this area is still clean and not poluted yet.

Borneo Skrang Lodge Memory Creator

Welcome to Borneo Skrang Lodge in Ng Mejong, Skrang. This lodge has 8 rooms which include single, double, triple and 4 persons in one room. There have 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets in this lodge. It accessible by land transport either from Kuching or Sibu, you have to park your car at the parking area then boat transfer to reach this lodge

Having breakfast at the same place in the city make us lost our appetite and wondering where we shall go on the next day!!! Simple food for breakfast in Borneo Skrang lodge telling us the different. You should try too.

Batang Ai.... A place where you want to be

How far Batang Ai from Sibu? 22o km from Sibu Gateway and during our trip last weekend to this area we saw many local tourist heading their way to Hilton Batang Ai Longhouse Resort. They have to take 20 minute boat ride from the jetty to the resort. For those who wish to visit the resort and come back on the same day, they have to pay RM25 per person for return trip. Batang Ai dam area is the first dam built by the government in Sarawak.
