The Seven-Storey Goodes of Mercy's Pagoda

An attraction in its own rights, the Pagoda is part of the Tua Pek Kong Temple, which was particularly destroyed by bombs during the Second World War, Just ask for the key to the Pagoda from the temple guards and you can climb up to see levels after levels of the various aspects of Buddhism. From the top level, you will also get a panoramic view of the town and a breathtaking sight of Malaysia’s longest river during sunset.
There is also a stage next to Pagoda serving as the venue for Chinese operas or local activities.
